Refund & Return Policy

At Uncle Bubba’s Workshop, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Refunds

We accept returns for refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement, contact us first:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the replacement.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Receive your RMA and prepaid return label.

  3. Package the item securely and send it back using the provided label.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
